JewQ is an international Jewish knowledge programme for children ages 8-13 to learn fundamental Jewish concepts. The learning is based on the Living Jewish Handbook which has a variety of topics which are covered over the course of 5 years. Each year the children learn one unit, study, get tested and compete on a regional and international stage or simply to reach their personal best!
At JewQ Club Bristol, they will learn about their heritage, enjoy learning together with other Jewish children in Bristol and celebrate their accomplishments!
Lessons are held once a week on zoom so you can enjoy the convenience of learning together from wherever you are!

Group Lessons: Lessons run on Zoom on Mondays 5:45-6:30 pm.
Independant learning: It is also possible to participate in the JewQ Programme and join the Championship even without attending the zoom sessions, through independent learning. All the information participants need to know is in the Living Jewish handbook, additional resources such as visual slides and worksheets will be provided to support.

ONLY £59 for first-time students includes the Living Jewish Handbook ( £26 value!) in addition to all the above.
By studying this book, students master prayers and blessings, mitzvot/commandments, Jewish concepts, Torah traditions, the many holidays on the Jewish calendar, the stages of the Jewish life cycle, and a host of historic heroes.
Each year, different sections of the book are assigned to study and get tested so that a student who participates for five years completes and masters the entire book! That’s A LOT of Jewish knowledge.
